There are times when a client has no idea how to configure some settings of their DirectAdmin account. So, it becomes more convenient if you do those configurations yourself rather than explaining them. You can login as a user from your reseller account of DirectAdmin to temporarily take over a client’s account.
To Login as a User
1. Log in to your reseller account of DirectAdmin.
2. Click on List Users in the Account Manager section.
A list of all the user accounts under your hosting will appear.
3. Click on the Username of the account you want to log in to or take over.
A window for the user account will open.
4. Click on the LOGIN AS |USERNAME| button as shown below.
The DirectAdmin interface for that username will open.
Above the interface, there is a Logged in as option with the dropdown list of the user accounts.
You can login as a user by clicking and selecting any account from the list, being a DirectAdmin reseller.
