 2 min

FastCGI is a binary protocol that allows a server to handle multiple CGI requests within a single process. Users can enable or disable FastCGI for the Apache server of their hosting via Webuzo root account.

To Enable/Disable FastCGI for Apache Server

1. Log in to your Webuzo root account.

2. Open the Apps section in the navigation menu and click the Apache Settings option.

3. Locate the Enable Fast CGI field under Apache Settings and tick the box to enable Fast CGI.

To disable Fast CGI, untick the box.

4. Click Edit Apache Settings to apply changes.

That is how you can configure the Apache settings for FastCGI using Webuzo.
