- You have a published website on Canva.
- You possess a domain through MilesWeb.
- Your Canva account and MilesWeb Client Area are both logged in.
Which DNS Records Are Needed From Canva?
To link your domain to Canva, the following DNS records must be configured:

Make sure to create two A records with each of the provided public IPs.
Where Should These Records Be Added?
In the client area of your domain registrar
- Go to Domains > My Domains > Manage Domain > DNS Management.
- Create the CNAME and A records as specified above.
- Confirm the alterations made and wait for up to 48 hours for propagation of the DNS changes.
- If you do not see active DNS management on your domain, please contact support or submit a ticket to enable it.
Canva Final Verifications Done
- After completion of DNS propagation wait time:
- Navigate over to Website Settings > Domain within your account.
- Enter your domain, then click on Connect.
- Canva will automatically verify and attach your domain.
