An <strong>MX record<\/strong> specifies the mail servers that accept mail for your domain and route the email. In simple terms, accurately setting the <strong>MX records<\/strong> is the only way to receive an email.<\/p>\n<p>This article is for the users who manage their DNS records with DirectAdmin.<\/p>\n<h2>To Create a Custom MX Record Template in DirectAdmin<\/h2>\n<p>1. Log in to the<strong> DirectAdmin<\/strong> panel.<\/p>\n<p>2. Go to the <strong>E-mail Manager<\/strong> section and click on<strong> MX Records<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-10697 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.milesweb.co.uk\/hosting-faqs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/mx_rec.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"978\" height=\"288\" \/><\/p>\n<p>3. Click the dropdown menu and the options for <strong>Google Suite MX<\/strong>, <strong>Office 365<\/strong> and<strong> Zoho Mail<\/strong> will appear. You can change the domains <strong>MX Record<\/strong> as per your requirement.
