You just need to setup your domain\u2019s email address as a POP3 and SMTP account in your Gmail account. Gmail can be used as an email client. This article will help you to configure your webmail in Gmail.<\/p>\n<p>1. Login to your <strong>Gmail<\/strong> account.<br \/>\n2. Go to the top right-hand corner, where the inbox starts and click on <strong>Settings<\/strong> icon. Select <strong>Settings<\/strong> from the drop-down menu.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-7563 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.milesweb.co.uk\/hosting-faqs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Settings-min-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"241\" height=\"360\" \/><br \/>\n3. A new window will be displayed. Click on <strong>Next<\/strong> button.<br \/>\n7. Select the option <strong>\u201cImport emails from my other account (POP3)\u201d<\/strong>.<br \/>\n8. Enter your complete email address in the <strong>Username<\/strong>.<br \/>\n9. Enter the <strong>POP<\/strong> <strong>Server<\/strong>. This will differentiate depending on if you choose to use the Always use a secure connection (SSL) option.<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Without SSL:<\/strong> This indicates your domain name preceded by &#8220;mail.&#8221;<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>With SSL:<\/strong> This indicates your server\u2019s hostname. Check that the port is changed to <strong>995<\/strong>. You can go to cPanel, if you don&#8217;t know your server\u2019s hostname. Go to the Stats section on the right hand side. Click the expand stats link if it is present. You will see the hostname in the list of stats.<br \/>\n11. Select any additional options that you want to.<br \/>\n12. Click the <strong>Add Account<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n<h3>Outgoing Mail (SMTP)<\/h3>\n<p>1. Select the option<strong> &#8221; Yes, I want to be able to send mail as john@example.com&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7570\" src=\"https:\/\/www.milesweb.co.uk\/hosting-faqs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/gmail_account_created-min.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"447\" height=\"424\" \/><br \/>\n2. Select if you want to use this address as an <strong>Alias<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7571\" src=\"https:\/\/www.milesweb.co.uk\/hosting-faqs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/gmail_sending_address-min.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"447\" height=\"424\" \/><br \/>\n3. Click on the <strong>Add<\/strong> account button.<br \/>\n4. Select to send <strong>&#8220;Send through example.com SMTP server&#8221;.<\/strong><br \/>\n5. Enter the <strong>SMTP<\/strong> Server.<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Without SSL:<\/strong> This indicates your domain name preceded by &#8220;mail.&#8221;<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>With SSL:<\/strong> This indicates your server\u2019s hostname.
