Step 3 \u2013 Set Up a CNAME Record<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All current CNAME records (if any) should be deleted, and a new CNAME should be created with the value shown below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Host: www<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Points to: ghs.googlehosted.com<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    After this, your DNS propagation begins, which takes 24 hours for completion. During this time, it is expected your website will not work, but give some time and it will be available online. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 4 (Alternatives) \u2013 Add 1 A record<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    In case the website still does not work after adding the four A records and CNAME from the previous step. You can try doing this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If there are any CNAME records with WWW as the host (if any), delete the 4 A records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
