In case the OCSP is not able to determine the status of secure certificate, following error message is displayed by Mozilla Firefox:<\/p>\n<p><em>The OCSP server has no status for the certificate.<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>This error can be avoided by going to the Mozilla Firefox settings &gt; Edit &gt; Preferences from the menu.<\/p>\n<p>When the \u2018Preferences\u2019 window opens, click on the \u2018Advanced\u2019 tab and then select the \u2018Encryption\u2019 sub tab.<\/p>\n<p>On the next page click on the \u2018Validation\u2019 option and make sure that this check box is not selected : \u2018Use the Online Certificate Status Report (OSCP) to confirm the current validity of certificates\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Click on \u2018Ok\u2019 for saving the settings and close the preferences window.<\/p>\n<p>After this, the pages will load perfectly.<\/p>\n<p>Keep in mind that if you uncheck this option, the SSL certificate will not be verified.<\/p>\n<p>An SSL certificate depicts how secure the website is.
