WHM users can enable  Symlink Protection for their server via the panel&#8217;s interface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">To Enable Symlink Protection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Log in to your WHM <em>root<\/em> account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Select the <strong>Service Configuration <\/strong>option from the navigation menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.milesweb.co.uk\/hosting-faqs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/whm_service_configuration.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.milesweb.co.uk\/hosting-faqs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/whm_service_configuration-1024x464.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12022\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Scroll down to the <strong>Symlink Protection<\/strong> option and click the radio button for <strong>On<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.
