It creates an appeal to your email&nbsp;receivers while giving your message a touch of professionalism. As cPanel does not have a setting for assigning a signature for your email, you will have to access Webmail to add your signature to your email account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">To Access Webmail Account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Log in to your cPanel account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"560\" height=\"405\" src=\"https:\/\/www.milesweb.co.uk\/hosting-faqs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/log-in-to-your-cpanel-account.png\" alt=\"Log in to your cPanel account\" class=\"wp-image-16640\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Click the Check Email button to add a signature to the email account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1110\" height=\"493\" src=\"https:\/\/www.milesweb.co.uk\/hosting-faqs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/check-email-button.png\" alt=\"Check Email button\" class=\"wp-image-16644\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>It will redirect you to the Webmail interface, where you can set up signatures within your Webmail client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Steps To Add a Signature in Roundcube<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 1: Once the Webmail interface is opened. Locate and click the \u201c<strong>Open\u201d <\/strong>button in the Roundcube interface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1329\" height=\"470\" src=\"https:\/\/www.milesweb.co.uk\/hosting-faqs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/roundcube-interface.png\" alt=\"Roundcube interface\" class=\"wp-image-16647\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 2:&nbsp;Select Settings from the side menu bar. And click on Identities (in the Settings panel).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A list of existing identities will appear.
