The DirectAdmin panel offers these options for the resellers.<\/p>\n<h2>To Suspend, Unsuspend\u00a0or Delete a User<\/h2>\n<p>1. Log in to your reseller account of the DirectAdmin panel.<\/p>\n<p>2. Click on the <strong>List Users<\/strong> option in the <strong>Account Manager<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12683\" src=\"https:\/\/www.milesweb.co.uk\/hosting-faqs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/da_list_users.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1214\" height=\"179\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The list of all the user accounts will appear.<\/p>\n<p>3. Select the user account you wish to <em>suspend, unsuspend <\/em>or <em>delete<\/em>. The options to manage and perform these\u00a0actions will appear above the list.<\/p>\n<p>4. Click on the respective button\u00a0to <strong>Suspend<\/strong>, <strong>Unsuspend<\/strong> or\u00a0<strong>Delete<\/strong> the selected account(s).<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12690\" src=\"https:\/\/www.milesweb.co.uk\/hosting-faqs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/da_sus_unsus_del_user_acc.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1574\" height=\"351\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s see what to do with them in order.<\/p>\n<h3>To Suspend User<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Click the <strong>Suspend<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A popup window will appear.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12743\" src=\"https:\/\/www.milesweb.co.uk\/hosting-faqs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/da_suspend_user.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"363\" height=\"387\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select the <strong>Reason<\/strong> for the suspension of the account from the dropdown list.<\/li>\n<li>Click on <strong>SUSPEND<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"kb-wisdom-wrapr kb-wisdom-key kb-wisdom-wrapr-green\">\n<div class=\"kb-wisdom-col kb-wisdom-col-icon\">\n<div class=\"kb-wisdom-icon\">\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"kb-wisdom-col kb-wisdom-col-content\">\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: The system will automatically send a pre-drafted suspension message to the user&#8217;s email on suspending their account. If you want to send a custom message instead, you can select the <strong>Override Suspension Message<\/strong>. It will open a section where you can edit the message before suspending the account.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3>To Unsuspend User<\/h3>\n<p>A suspended account will have a\u00a0<strong>! mark<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12744\" src=\"https:\/\/www.milesweb.co.uk\/hosting-faqs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/da_unsuspend.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1563\" height=\"178\" \/><\/p>\n<p>To unsuspend it, you have to click the <strong>Unsuspend<\/strong> button after selecting the account.<\/p>\n<p>Once you do, the system will unsuspend the account and display a corresponding message.<\/p>\n<h3>To Delete User<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Select the user account\/accounts you want to delete and click the <strong>Delete<\/strong> button.
