Log in to your <strong>Launchpad<\/strong> account.<\/p>\n<p>2. Click on the <strong>Security Settings<\/strong> option.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11350\" src=\"https:\/\/www.milesweb.co.uk\/hosting-faqs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/security_set_lp.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"832\" \/> 3. The <strong>Two Factor Authentication<\/strong> panel will open. Select an authentication method from the dropdown list of the <strong>Select Preference<\/strong> field.<br \/>\nHere we have selected <strong>Enable App<\/strong> for our two factor authentication method. Scan the QR code with an <strong>authenticator app<\/strong> like Google Authenticator.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11352\" src=\"https:\/\/www.milesweb.co.uk\/hosting-faqs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/code_scan_lp.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1919\" height=\"827\" \/><\/p>\n<p>4. Enter the code generated by the app in the <strong>Confirmation code<\/strong> field. Alternatively, if you choose the <strong>Email OTP<\/strong> as your two factor authentication method, you will have to enter the OTP sent by the Launchpad on your registered email.
