Log in to your <strong>Webmail<\/strong> account.<\/p>\n<p>2. Click on <strong>Horde<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10907\" src=\"https:\/\/www.milesweb.co.uk\/hosting-faqs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/open_horde.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1350\" height=\"465\" \/><\/p>\n<p>3. Right-click on the mail you want to delete and click on <strong>Delete<\/strong>. Alternatively, you can select the mail and click <strong>Delete<\/strong> on the toolbar as shown below.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10908\" src=\"https:\/\/www.milesweb.co.uk\/hosting-faqs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/delete.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1361\" height=\"341\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The system marks the email with a strikethrough, indicating that it will delete the mail.<\/p>\n<h2><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10910\" src=\"https:\/\/www.milesweb.co.uk\/hosting-faqs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/strike.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1365\" height=\"286\" \/><\/h2>\n<h2>To Delete Emails in Horde Webmail Permanently:<\/h2>\n<p>Select the email <strong>marked for deletion<\/strong> and click on the <strong>Other<\/strong> option in the toolbar. Click the option <strong>Purge Deleted<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10909\" src=\"https:\/\/www.milesweb.co.uk\/hosting-faqs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/purge.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1365\" height=\"379\" \/><\/h2>\n<p>The system will permanently delete the mail and generate a success message.<\/p>\n<h2>To Move a Deleted Email to Trash:<\/h2>\n<p>1. Point to the <strong>Cog<\/strong> icon in the menu to display a dropdown.
